Bringing Europeans Together Association (BETA) e.V zaprasza na tegoroczną edycję Model European Union Warsaw. To propozycja dla młodzieży i studentów zainteresowanych polityką i dziennikarstwem, Unią Europejską, procesami rządzenia w UE, nawiązywaniem kontaktów z przyszłymi europejskimi przywódcami. Patronem honorowym projektu jest Przedstawicielstwo Komisji Europejskiej w Polsce. MEUW jest symulacją procesu legislacyjnego Unii Europejskiej. Młodzież oraz studenci z całej Europy, którzy wezmą udział w konferencji, będą mogli przyjąć role europosłów, ministrów krajowych w Radzie UE oraz dziennikarzy. W trakcie symulacji będzie też możliwość spotkania się z polskimi reprezentantami w Parlamencie Europejskim.

Our simulation is going to be held between 23rd and 28th August in Warsaw.

Fees:
participation fee is 30 EUR (includes i.e. 4 lunches and coffee breaks during workshop day and sessions, a conference handbook and study guides, certificates)
accommodation fee: 65 EUR (5 nights in Hostel Lwowska 11)
Using accommodation we provide is not mandatory, yet, it is easier to feel the atmosphere of the conference staying at the hostel with other participants.

Please note that 23.08 is an arrival day and 28.08 is a departure day.

The two topics discussed in the ordinary legislative procedure at MEU Warsaw 2018 are:
1. Proposal on a pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP)
2. Proposal concerning measures to ensure a high common level of network and information security across the Union
